Needed another hard drive and charger a few weeks ago and they offered the best price on both. Prompt shipping, great products, and customer service lacks nothing. Will never buy a laptop from anywhere else.
I purchased a refurbished Dell several months ago. I had a few issues with the laptop when I received it. I notified Tampa-Laptops, and I immediately had a call from support to help fix my problem. My laptop is out of warranty now and the hard drive crashed. I contacted them again. They immediately took care of my problem, sent me a new hard drive ready to go at a drastically discounted price. I contacted them on a Wednesday afternoon, and I received my replacement part in the mail on Friday! I am not an IT person, so I have had to contact them via email several times, and they always get right back to me and really want to help. I would not hesitate to purchase another product from them in the future. The customer service is exceptional!
